Vladimír Weiss (footballer born 1989)

Vladimír Weiss ( born November 30, 1989 in Bratislava) is a Slovak football player who stands since 2014 Lekhwiya Sports Club under contract.

Club career

White began playing football at Inter Bratislava. 2006, the then 16 -year-old Manchester City midfielder has been committed. With their youth team, he won in the 2007/ 08 season the FA Youth Cup. In the return match, he scored a goal and was so involved in the victory. In the Premier League White debuted on May 24, 2009. On the final day of the 2008/09 season he was 1-0 his team's success against Bolton Wanderers in the 70 minutes for Stephen Ireland to the field. As part of the Trofeu Joan Gamper Weiss stood against FC Barcelona for the first time 90 minutes on the court. In the Premier League, he was not used in 2009, but in the League Cup, he played two more times. On 2 December 2009, he scored his first goal as a professional against Arsenal.

In January 2010, Weiss was awarded to Bolton Wanderers and went to his first game a day later. In August 2010, White was awarded for one season at Rangers. He was with the Rangers Scottish Champion 2011. For the season 2011/12 he was awarded to Spain Espanyol Barcelona.

For the 2012/13 season moved to the Italian first division Delfino Pescara Weiss 1936., He signed for newly promoted one-year contract until 30 June 2013 with an option for more seasons.

Already after only one year left white the Italian club, the relegation to Serie B. He joined the Greek champions Olympiakos Piraeus and signed a three-year contract.

During the winter break of the 2013/14 season he moved surprisingly for Lekhwiya Sports Club after Katar.Weiss signed a four and a half year contract that will earn him two million euro a year.

National

White debuted on August 12, 2009 in the Slovak national team in a 1-1 draw against Iceland in Reykjavik. He also belonged to the Slovak squad for the FIFA World Cup 2010, when he stood in three games on the court. In the first match against New Zealand, he was named player of the game.

Others

White ' eponymous father is a former football player and coach of the Slovak national team since 2008. His grandfather of the same name is also a former football player, he played three times in the Czechoslovak national team.
