Stephen Ireland of Manchester City (2008)

Stephen James Ireland ( born August 22, 1986 in Cobh, Ireland) is an Irish footballer who plays for Stoke City and the Irish national football team.

Career

The midfielder played since he was 15 for Manchester City. In August 2010 he moved to Aston Villa. During the winter break 2010/11 Ireland was given until the end of the season at Newcastle United.

For the season 2013/14 Ireland was awarded to Stoke City and finally firmly committed in January 2014.
