Võhma ( German Wöhma ) is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Lihula ( Lihula vald ) in Lääne.
Description and History
The village has 23 inhabitants ( 31 December 2011). It is located 39 kilometers southeast of the county town of Haapsalu.
North of the river Võhma Vigala ( Vigala Jõgi ) flows into the River Kasari ( Kasari Jõgi ).
In the local government reform in 1977, the north-west situated village Uluste Võhma was incorporated. There, the future politician Jüri Uluots was born in 1890. He was from 1939 Prime Minister of the Republic of Estonia.
