Voice Crack

Voice Crack was a Swiss duo that played experimental electronic music.

The duo consisting of Andy Guhl and Norbert Möslang was formed in late 1972 and performed under the name Voice Crack since 1984. The duo impressed with his music since the 1980s, the concept of " cracked everyday electronics", the musicians use everyday electronic devices such as Diktafone, record player, etc., which they drew from new sounds by controlled them with hand movements and light on a complex control.

Since the early 1980s, Voice Crack were part of several dozen exhibitions and other artistic events. The band played gigs outside of Switzerland, for example in France and at a concert with eRikm in Australia. In their concerts Voice Crack played together with cross-border projects of a different nature, this includes, for example, co-founded by Uri Caine Bedrock band. 2001, Voice Crack the official representative of Switzerland at the Venice Biennale.

The duo broke up in 2003, Guhl and Möslang have since pursued their own projects.
