Voorepera is a village (Estonian küla ) in the rural community Lüganuse ( Luganuse vald ). It is located in Ida -Viru county (East Wierland ) in northeastern Estonia.

Description

The street village has 67 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2012). It lies on the road between the Estonian capital Tallinn and the Russian metropolis of Saint Petersburg. Near the village the moor Voorepera ( Voorepera raba ) is.

The most famous son of the town was the Estonian conductor and choir director Arno Kallikorm ( 1915-1992 ). At his birthplace today is a memorial plaque to him.
