Võru Parish
The rural community Võru ( German: Werro ) is located in a radius of 15 km around the city Estonian Võru. It has an area of 202.5 km ² and 4,807 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2006).
Structure
The country parish includes the villages Hannuste, Juba, Kasaritsa, Kirumpää, Kolepi, Koloreino, Kose, Kuzma, Kärnamäe, Käätso, Lapi, Lompka, Loosu, Meegomäe, Meeliku, Mõisamäe, Moksi, Navi, Nooska, Palometsa, Parksepa, Puiga, raised, Raudsepa, Roosisaare, Räpo, Sika, Tagaküla, Tootsi, Umbsaare, Väimela, Vagula, Vana- Nursi, Verijärve, Volsi, Võrumõisa, Võrusoo and Väiso. The administrative center is located in the city Võru.
Cultural Attractions us
For nature tourists are interesting lakes Navi, Alajärv and Mäejärv at Väimela. Worth seeing is the local two-storey manor house is (built 1870-75 ) in Baroque style. It was burned down during the First World War, but was restored to its original 1923-25 .
