Vyšné Ružbachy

Vyšné Ružbachy ( until 1927 slovak also " Družbachy "; German Upper Rauschenbach, Hungarian Felsőzúgó - to 1902 Felsőrusbach ) is a municipality in the north-eastern Slovakia. It is located under the Spis Magura Mountains, about 13 km from Stara Ľubovňa and 43 km from Poprad.

The village was mentioned for the first time in 1329 as Nova Rusunbach. Today it is a health resort with mineral springs and in the winter a ski center.

Apart from the actual place also the spa Ružbachy - kúpele belongs to the municipality.
