Wahibre Ibiau

Jaib was an ancient Egyptian King (Pharaoh) of the 13th dynasty ( Second Intermediate Period ), which until 1670 ruled from about 1719 to 1709 BC or 1680 BC.

Jaib intended by the Turin Royal Canon 10 years, who ruled for eight months and 28 days. Despite this relatively high number of years of rule he is known by only a few objects. Busy he is mainly caused by a large number of seals, ( scarabs ). The stele of a private man named Sahathor is probably from Thebes and calls his name. A fragment of a Fayenceschale with his name comes from El- Lahun.
