Waipapa ( Māori: River on flat land ) is a small town in the Bay of Islands in the Far North District of Northland Region in the North Island of New Zealand. It is located on State Highway 10, about 3 km northwest of the nearest large town, Kerikeri. Waipapa has so many residents go neither a supermarket nor a school daily to Kerikeri.

Waipapa located inland and has no beach but a pier south of the mouth of the Waipapa Stream in Kerikeri Inlet. Nearby is the Stone Store Kerikeri. South of the Kerikeri Waipapa River runs with the Rainbow Falls.
