Wanås Castle

The sculpture park is located at the Slott Slott Vana Vana (also Wanås ) at Knislinge in the Swedish municipality of Ostra Göinge (Skåne län).

History

The sculpture park was built in a castle from the 15th century in 1987. The collection includes more than 40 works by international sculptor and artist of land art and installation art. Since 2005, temporary exhibitions are held in the barn, which was built in 1759.

2007 there was a jubilee exhibition of works by Louise Bourgeois ( Maman ), Fernando Sánchez Castillo and Jan Svenungsson the 20th anniversary of the sculpture park.
