Werner Scharf

Werner Scharf ( born September 19, 1906 in Leipzig, † April 30, 1945 in Rathenow ) was a German actor, who has worked in over 40 feature films.

The son of the doctoral chemist Fritz Scharf attended from 1917 the Queen Carola -Gymnasium in Leipzig, which he left in 1926 with the secondary school leaving certificate .. 1926/27, he got acting lessons from Ernst Legal. He began his stage career at this time at the Hessian State Theatre Darmstadt. His first engagement he joined in 1927 at the State Theater in Kassel.

In 1932, he joined with a commitment on the Comedy House for the first time in Berlin. In the 30s and early 40s, he starred in many films in which he elegant, but often at the same time seedy and unsympathetic men showed. At the movie theater front, he wrote the manuscript. Focus in 1944 was drafted into the Volkssturm and fell in the last days of the war.
