West Palm Beach Barracudas

The West Palm Beach Blaze were an American ice hockey franchise in the Sunshine Hockey League in West Palm Beach, Florida.

History

The franchise took to the 1992/93 season under the name of West Palm Beach Blaze as one of five founding members of the operation of gambling in the Sunshine Hockey League on. In the first three seasons, the team dominated the league and clearly documented after the regular season each of the first place in the table and could each win the Sunshine Cup, the championship of Suhl in the playoffs. For the 1995/96 season the Blaze changed their name to West Palm Beach Barracudas and the league changed its name to Southern Hockey League. After the season, in the Lake country for the first time in four years the play-offs, missed the Southern Hockey League was disbanded and the team from West Palm Beach hired the operation of gambling.
