Wilfried II (Catalan Guifré; * 970, † 1050) was a Count of Cerdanya, Conflent and hill from the house of Barcelona.

He was a son of Oliba cabretas († 990 ), from whom he inherited Cerdanya and Conflent while Besalu and Hill I. Taillefer and Oliba went the abbot to his brothers Bernard. When the father entered 988 in the monastery of Montecassino, he put his underage sons under the protection of Pope John XV. After Oliba 1003 had taken his clerical career, Wilfried could also take over Berga.

In the year 1001, the sixth year of the reign of King Robert II, Wilfried founded the abbey of Sant Martí del Canigó, which was consecrated on November 10, 1009 by his brother Oliba.
