Wildecker Herzbuben

The Wildhearts are a product from Wildeck in Northern Hesse musical duo of the popular hit song.

Career

Wolfgang Schwalm ( born August 16, 1954 in Görzhain, a professional electrician, then working as a department manager of a large retail company ) and Wilfried Gliem ( born September 10, 1946 in Upper Suhl, by profession an insurance salesman, then manager of GG Anderson) both sang in the companion volume The Curocas of pop singer GG Anderson, who also worked as a producer for the Wildhearts later. Anderson was looking for a vocal duo for the composition Herzilein by Carola and Burkhard Luedtke and asked them if they wanted to record this item. This agreed to, and so was published in 1989 under the name of The Wildhearts, the first single from the duo. The title " Herzilein " became a hit titles in the genre of popular hit song and brought the duo numerous awards and appearances on various radio and television broadcasts and tours at home and abroad.
