Wilfried Sock

Wilfried Sock ( born June 2, 1944 in White Water, Upper Lusatia ) is a former German professional ice hockey player.

He played 1960-1971 in the GDR Oberliga for the former series winner SG Dynamo white water. On 16 November 1963 he made ​​his debut in the East German national ice hockey team. At the World Championships in Tampere, Finland in 1965 he shot a goal against Norway.

The highlight of his sporting career was the participation in the Olympic ice hockey tournament at the Winter Games in Grenoble in 1968. There he took his team to eighth place.
