William Moore (athlete)

William Moore ( William Craig Moore, born April 5, 1890 in Fulham, London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, † May 12 1960 in Worthing ) was a British middle and long distance runners.

In the team race over 3000 meters of the 1912 Olympic Games in Stockholm, he did not reach the goal, but was like the rest of the British team won a bronze medal. Over 1500 m, he retired despite personal best time of 4:11,2 min from the inlet port.
