Winston Hills, New South Wales

Winston Hills is a suburb of Sydney in the Australian state of New South Wales. The village is located approximately 28 kilometers north- west of the center of Sydney and is a member of Parramatta within the county of Baulkham Hills. Colloquially is abbreviated as ' Winsto ' Winston Hills by locals.

The settlement area was developed in the 1960s and was previously known as the ' Model Farms '. This original name comes from a teaching farm, which should make immigrants familiar with vegetables that are suitable for growing in Australia. Winston Hills has about 7000 inhabitants. Shared facilities include three elementary schools ( Winston Hills Primary School, Winston Heights Primary School and St Paul the Apostle Primary School) and the Model Farms High School as a secondary school.
