Wronki

Wronki [' vrɔŋki ] ( German Wronke, 1943-1945 Warta City) is a city and seat of the urban and rural community in Poland. The place is located in the powiat Szamotulski the Wielkopolska Region and is known by the manufactures industrial company " Amica " of refrigerators, washing machines and gas and electric cookers. He is also the namesake and sponsor of the football team Amica Wronki who occasionally plays in the first Polish league. In April 2010, sold to "Samsung" " Amica " two of its factories. "Samsung" is thus next to " Amica " the major employers in the city. In Wronki is the largest prison in Poland. During the First World War there was Rosa Luxembourg imprisoned for several months.
