Xincai County

The circle Xincai (新蔡县) is a county in Henan province. He belongs to the administrative area of the prefecture-level city of Zhumadian. Xincai has an area of ​​1442 km ² and has 1.01 million inhabitants ( 2002). Its main town is the large village Gulü (古 吕 镇).
