Queshan County

Queshan (Chinese确山县, Pinyin Queshan Xiàn ) is a district of the prefecture-level city in the south Zhumadian of Henan Province of the People's Republic of China. The county has an area of ​​1783 km ² and around 500,000 inhabitants ( end of 2002).

The former seat of Zhongyuan Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China ( Zhong Gong Zhongyang Zhongyuan ju juzhi中共中央 中原 局 旧址) in the years 1938/39, is on the list of monuments of the People's Republic of China ( 3-37 ) since 1988.
