YÅ«ichi Sugita
Yuichi Sugita (Japanese杉 田 佑 一, Yuichi Sugita, born September 18, 1988 in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture) is a Japanese tennis player.
Life and career
Sugita 2010 could win on the ATP Challenger Tour for his first title. When playing at home in Kyoto, he defeated Australian Matthew Ebden in the three sets. At the World Tour, he was able to achieve respectable results first. So he defeated at the Chennai Open 2012 quoted at position 67 Belgian Olivier Rochus and the Taiwanese Lu Yen -Hsun. Only in the quarter-finals he lost to Nicolás Almagro then almost in three sets.
Sugita plays since 2007 for the Japanese Davis Cup team.
