Zagarzazú

Zagarzazú is a village in Uruguay.
Geography
It is located in the field of the Department of Colonia in the southwestern part of the sector 6 The place is bordered with its southwestern side directly to the transition region of the Río Uruguay in the estuary of the Río de la Plata. The nearest major settlements in the area are Carmelo and Nueva Palmira in the southeast to the northwest. About three kilometers north- west of the town is also located the mouth of the Arroyo de las Víboras.
Population
The village had 66 inhabitants in 2004 in the census year.
