Zbigniew Bartman

Zbigniew Bartman ( born May 4, 1987 in Warsaw) is a Polish volleyball player.

Career

Bartman began his career in 1997 in his hometown of Metro Warszawa. His first successes came in 2004, however, beach volleyball, when he won the Under-18 European Championship with Michał Kubiak and in the World Cup the same age group reached the final. In the hall he played between 2003 and 2005 for the Capital Club MOS Wola Warsaw, as well as for Polska Energia Sosnowiec. 2005 changed the universal player in the Italian league to Marmi Lanza Verona. In the 2007 /08 season he was runner-up with Turkish Halkbank Ankara. On 13 June 2008, he debuted in the World League match against Egypt in the Polish national team. Then he returned to the local league. After one season at AZS Częstochowa Bartman took part in the European Championships in Turkey, for the first time won the title in Poland. In September 2009, he was like his teammates awarded the Order of Polonia Restituta. This was followed by two other stations abroad in the Russian club ZSK Gazprom Surgut and the Italians by Prisma Taranto. Bartman 2010/2011 was again active in his hometown at AZS Politechnika Warszawska. With the national team, he was third in the 2011 World League and second in the World Cup. In October he lost with his new club Jastrzębski Węgiel until the endgame of the Club World Cup against Trentino Volley. As of 2012 he plays for the league rivals Resovia Rzeszów.
