The Seja (Russian Зея ) is a left tributary of the Amur Oblast Amur in the Russian Far East.
It rises in the eastern part of the Stanowoigebirges, flows thence initially in a south-westerly direction and through the north of the city located Seja Seja Dam. She then turns south, then joins in Blagoveshchensk in the Amur. The length of the Zeya is 1242 km. The catchment area covers 233,000 km ². The average discharge at the mouth is 1910 m³ / s From November to May, Seja is frozen. Your main tributary is the Selemdscha.
