Zolotinka
Solo Tinka (Russian Золотинка ) is an urban-type settlement in the Republic of Sakha ( Yakutia) in Russia with 552 inhabitants (as of October 14, 2010 ).
Geography
The village is located some 700 km as the crow south-southwest of the capital of Republic of Yakutsk on the southern edge of the Aldanhochlandes. It is situated on the right bank of the river near its confluence with the Cholodnikan Ijengra, a left tributary of the Timpton.
Solo Tinka belongs to Rajon Nerjungrinski and is located about 50 km south of the administrative center Nerjungri. The settlement is the seat and only town in the municipality ( gorodskoje posselenije ) Possjolok solo Tinka.
History
The settlement was the mid- 1970s in connection with the construction of the "Little BAM " Bamowskaja - Tynda - founded Nerjungri. Since 1977 solo Tinka has the status of an urban-type settlement. The place name, derived from Russian soloto for gold, means " Goldstaubteilchen " or " gold luster " and refers to the gold deposits in the area, especially in the Valley of the Ijengra.
After completion of the railway in the early 1980 's and soon following extensive adjustment of the gold mining industry, which did not meet the expectations in this part of the region, a large proportion of the inhabitants of the place.

Traffic
Solo Tinka is at kilometer 372 (from Skovorodino ) of the Amur - Yakutian Railway Mainline ( Ajam ), which connects the Trans-Siberian Railway and the Baikal - Amur Mainline (BAM ) with Nizhny Bestjach near the Yakut capital Yakutsk.
A few kilometers to the west is solo Tinka of the highway A360 Lena (previously M56, until 2017 number alternatively in use) bypassed, connecting the Newer at the Amur highway also with Nizhny Bestjach.
