Zörnigall is a district of the city Tusker -Elster in Wittenberg district in Saxony -Anhalt and has about 901 inhabitants.

History

Zörnigall consists of two different settlements. The old village is a swamp residential complex and has been named after the revered deity of the Slavs Czernebog. It extends almost to the city limits of Mühlanger.

1930, the former Good Zörnigall was divided. The small farmers of the village bought parts of the vast properties, so that their economies were viable. In addition, settlement site was near the railway line Wittenberg Berlin on the " Kohlhaas pieces " free. In a short time established here since 1934 as well as later in the neighboring Attersee a large settlement with the school building.

At Michael Kohlhaas, said to have been present in this area, except remember Kohlhaas pieces of Kohlhaas Fountain and Michael Kohlhaas Street.
