1989–90 Courage League

The season 1989/1990 the English Premier League was the third season of the top flight of English rugby union championship. For sponsorship reasons it was called Courage League. It comprised eleven game days, each team played once each against the other. The league title won for the first time the London Wasps. At the end of the season, the Bedford Blues had to dismount.
