2006 German Skeleton Championship

The 40th German Skeleton Championship 2006 was held on 7 March 2006 on the bob and luge track in Winterberg. There was one event for women and for men. Both were held in two runs. As race director acted Gustav Born, the jury consisted of Wolfgang Strauss, national coach Jens Müller and state marshal Dieter Padberg.

At the start, a total of 25 participants. As expected, drove all started five members of the national team on the first five places. Florian Grassl, in the prior year third parties and Champion of 2004 was not at the start. Superior Master was first Sebastian Haupt with best times in both races.

Women
