2010 Challenger Banque Nationale

The Challenger Banque Nationale in 2010 was the fourth edition of the indoor tennis tournament in Rimouski, Canada. It was part of the ATP Challenger Tour 2010 after it has been played on Challenger level in 2009. It was played from 22 to 28 March 2011 on hard court.

For the last time, 2008 edition, both the time of the event, which was not previously discharged in November and in the spring, and the covering of carpet on Hard Court changed.

The field of the individual competition consisted of 32 players, double that of the competition from 16 pairs. In the individual competition, there was a qualifying round with 16 players, by the four players could qualify for the main draw itself. The prize money of the event was as in the previous year total of $ 35,000.

Winner of the individual competition was the unseeded South African Rik De Voest, who defeated the unseeded also American Tim Smyczek in straight sets in the final. It was De Voests fifth Challenger singles title of his career and his first since the 2006 season. Due to the fact that the 2009 tournament did not take place, there was no direct titleholder. The winner of 2008, Ryan Sweeting, came not to this year.

In the double set at position three Australians Kaden Hansel and Adam Hubble won the final against the set at position two Americans Scott Lipsky and David Martin in the match tie-break. It was the second doubles title at Challenger level of his career and the first of the season for Hansel as for Hubble. Even their previous title they won together.
