Cestas is a commune with 16,417 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011) in the Gironde department in the region of Aquitaine. The city is located in the arrondissement of Bordeaux and there in Canton Gradignan.

Cestas is located about 15 km south-west of Bordeaux.
