Coat-Méal

Coat Méal ( Koz -Meal Breton ) is a commune in the north-west Brittany, in Finistère department in 1034 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2011).

Location

The place is located about ten kilometers south of the Atlantic Ocean coast at the entrance of the English Channel. The major city and port of Brest is located 14 km south and about 500 kilometers east Paris (in straight line ).

Infrastructure

In Brest there is the next departures of the expressways E 50 E 60 direction towards Rennes and Nantes. The station is the terminus of Brest regional train lines in the direction of Rennes and Nantes and the TGV Atlantique to Paris. Only 12 km southwest of the village near the city of Brest is the regional airport Aéroport de Brest Bretagne.
