Del Wilson Trophy

The Del Wilson Trophy is awarded by the Western Hockey League. It has been awarded since the end of the season 1966/67, annually to the best goalkeeper in the league. In the season 1986/87 both the best goalkeeper in the Western Conference and the Eastern Conference was excellent. The winner will also take part in the elections to CHL Goaltender of the Year since 1988.

The trophy is named after Del Wilson, who was in the year 1974 General Manager of the Regina Pats, who won this season, the Memorial Cup.
