Desroches Island

The island of Desroches is 230 km southwest of Mahé, the main island of the Seychelles, and belongs to the group of Amiranten ( Outer Islands ). It is the only island of the atoll of the same name and has a land area of ​​approximately 3.24 km ². Desroches is 6.2 km long and 1 km wide, measured at the narrowest point but only half.
