The Lok Sabha constituency - Dharwad is a constituency in elections to the Lok Sabha, the lower house of the Indian Parliament. It is located in the state of Karnataka and covers the entire district Dharwad and a smaller part of the district of Haveri.

The constituency was established in Dharwad Lok Sabha election of 2009. During the reorganization of constituencies constituency Dharwad out of most of the former constituency Dharwad North and a smaller part of the constituency Dharwad South was born.
