English Open (table tennis)
English Open is a table tennis tournament, which is conducted annually by the English Table Tennis Association ETTA ( The English Table Tennis Association). It is part of the ITTF Pro Tour series.

History
Were first held in the English Open in 1921 under the name of English National Championships by the then English Table Tennis Association Table Tennis Association. When the association disbanded in April 1927, the successor organization English Table Tennis Association ( ETTA ) took over the implementation. 1927, therefore, took place the first open for foreigners championships. Since 1996 the tournament for the ITTF Pro Tour series belongs.
