Garage Inc. is the eighth album by the heavy metal band Metallica and contains only cover versions. The album includes two CDs: the first CD there are only newly recorded songs. On the second CD, however, you will find the complete EP Garage Days Re - Revisited in 1987 as well as all previously published for ten great b-sides or compilations of songs again.

The album peaked in the U.S. Billboard charts ranked # 2 In Germany it reached number # 1 and stayed a total of 45 weeks in the charts.

• The two songs by Discharge - Free Speech for the Dumb and The More I See - come from the early days of the band. The former was released on the debut album Hear Nothing See Nothing Say Nothing, the latter in 1984 as a single.

• Sabbra Cadabra contains in the middle ( 2:52 to 5:04 min) an excerpt of A National Acrobat, after which the song with Sabbra Cadabra is continued. Both songs are from the 1973 album Sabbath Bloody Sabbath.

• Turn the Page reached # 1 on the " Mainstream Rock Tracks" and ranked # 39 of " Modern Rock Tracks" on the Billboard charts. In Germany, the single reached # 23 place in the charts.

• Die, Die My Darling was also released as a single and peaked in the Billboard charts ranked # 26
