Martell, South Tyrol
Martell (Italian Martello ) is a municipality with 882 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in South Tyrol (Italy) and is located in the same 24 km long tributary of the Vinschgau. Martello is Bathed by the Plima. Martell is loud Italian census of 2011, the only town in Italy, lived to 100 % of the German population.

Economy
Martell is Europe's highest-altitude valley, are grown in the strawberries. The acreage for the mountain strawberries range from 900 to 1800 meters. Martell is also a cross country ski center in South Tyrol with appropriate winter tourism. In 2007, the Junior World Championship biathlon was held in Martell.
