Geographical Location

Paldau is located approximately 32 km south-east of Graz, about 7 km west of the district capital field creek in East Styrian Hill Country.

The award of the municipality coat of arms was made with effect from 1 July 1966. Coat Description: In one of Red, Black and Kürsch twice diagonally left divided shield a golden diagonally right Asked crosier.
