Phil Anderson (cyclist)

Philip Grant Anderson (short: Phil Anderson) ( born March 12, 1958 in London, England ) is an Australian former racing driver who was able to wear the yellow jersey as the overall leader of the Tour de France for a few days as the first non - Europeans.
