The First Division 1923/24, was the 13th season in the history of the highest Maltese Football League. Champion for the third year the Sliema Wanderers.

In comparison to the previous season, FC Floriana and Hamrun Spartans refrained from participation. New here were after two years the Msida Rovers.
Mode
The season was played in a single round. For a victory, there were two points, one for a draw and a defeat for no point. Case of a tie a play for the championship was held.
