1927–28 Maltese Premier League
The First Division in 1927/28 was the 17th season in the history of the highest Maltese Football League. Master was the eighth time the FC Floriana.
Clubs
In comparison to the previous season, the Valletta Rovers renounced participation. New here after one year were interrupted Valletta and Sliema United Rangers, after seven years of Marsa United and after nine years of FC Cottonera.
Mode
The season was played in a single round. For a victory, there were two points, one for a draw and a defeat for no point. Case of a tie a play for the championship was held.
