The 1968/69 season was the ninth season of the Eredivisie, the highest Dutch hockey league. Champion for the seventh time total in club history HHIJ.C. The Hague.

Mode

In the main round each of the three teams completed a total of eight games. The winner of the main round was champion. For a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
