1998–99 Eredivisie (ice hockey) season
The 1998/99 season was the 39th season of the Eredivisie, the highest Dutch hockey league. Masters were to total the sixth time in club history the Nijmegen Tigers.
Mode
In the main round of the six teams each completed 20 games. The top four teams qualified for the final round. According to their main round placement were the teams of between zero and three bonus points for the final round. All four teams in the final round qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. For one victory after regulation time, each team received three points for a win after overtime there were two points in a defeat after overtime there was a point and a defeat after regular time zero points.
