1997–98 Eredivisie (ice hockey) season

The 1997/98 season was the 38th season of the Eredivisie, the highest Dutch hockey league. Masters were for a fifth time in club history the Nijmegen Tigers.

In the main round, the seven teams each completed 24 games. The top four teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. The other three teams contested a Placement Round to 5th place for a win, each team was given two points, a draw there was a point and a defeat.
