2007 World Youth Championships in Athletics

The 5th IAAF World Youth Championships were held from 11 to July 15, 2007 stadium in Mestsky ( to German: municipal stadium) in the district of Vitkovice in the Czech city of Ostrava instead.

It was attended by 1,228 athletes ( 556 female, 672 male ) participated from 152 countries.

The German Athletics Federation (DLV ) announced 33 athletes for competitions.
