2009–10 Belarusian Extraliga season

The 2009/10 season was the 18th season of the Belarusian Extraliga, the highest Belarusian Hockey League. Champion for a fifth time in club history the HK Junost Minsk.

After a year of absence, the teams from Ukraine went back into playing mode.

Main Round

Mode

In the main round each of the 14 teams completed a total of 52 games. The top eight teams qualified for the playoffs, where the Master was played. For one victory after regulation time, each team received three points for a win after overtime or shootout two points for a loss after overtime or shootout, there was a point and at a defeat after regular time zero points.
