( 21633 ) Hsingpenyuan is an asteroid of the inner main belt, which on 13 July 1999 at the Lincoln Laboratory Experimental Test System (IAU code 704) in Socorro, New Mexico was discovered within the project Lincoln Near Earth Asteroid Research (LINEAR ).

The asteroid Vesta is a member of the family, a large group of asteroids, named after ( 4) Vesta, the second largest asteroid and the third-largest celestial body of the main belt. The timeless ( nichtoskulierenden ) orbital elements of ( 21633 ) Mattweegman are almost identical with those of three smaller (if one of the absolute brightness of 16.2, 16.7 and 17.0 compared to 14.4 emanates ) Asteroids: ( 144070 ) 2004 BV46, ( 258 999 ) in 2002 and TZ74 ( 333499 ) 2005 CC18.

( 21633 ) was Hsingpenyuan (* 1986) appointed on 22 August 2005 by Pen -Yuan Hsing, a student of the Municipal Lishan Senior High School in Taipei, Taiwan, that he at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair 2005, a pre-university research competition, in the category environmental Sciences Team Project ( group project in the environmental sciences ) had with his classmate Huang Wei - Kang received the first prize. His project was titled Enhanced Cooling of Microelectronic Devices by Using the Thermal Acoustic Effect ( Optimized cooling of microelectronic components by using the thermoacoustic effect ). They qualified by winning for the European Union Contest for Young Scientists in 2005, which took place in Moscow.
