( 21634 ) Huangweikang is an asteroid of the inner main belt, which on 14 July 1999 at the Lincoln Laboratory Experimental Test System (IAU code 704) in Socorro, New Mexico was discovered within the project Lincoln Near Earth Asteroid Research (LINEAR ). Unconfirmed sightings of the asteroid, there had been before: October 31, 1975 ( 1975 UE1) at the Karl Schwarzschild Observatory in Tautenburg forest and 1998 (1998 HZ133 ) at the Lincoln Laboratory Experimental Test System.

Mean distance from the sun ( semimajor axis), eccentricity and inclination of the orbital plane of the asteroid corresponding to the Flora family, a large group of asteroids that is named after ( 8) flora. Asteroids of this family move in an orbital resonance of 4:9 with the planet Mars around the Sun. The group is also called Ariadne family after the asteroid (43 ) Ariadne.

( 21633 ) was Hsingpenyuan (* 1986) appointed on 22 August 2005 by Huang Wei - Kang, a student of the Municipal Lishan Senior High School in Taipei, Taiwan, that he at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair 2005, a pre-university research competition, in the category environmental Sciences Team Project ( group project in the environmental sciences ) had with his classmates Pen -Yuan Hsing received the first prize. His project was titled Enhanced Cooling of Microelectronic Devices by Using the Thermal Acoustic Effect ( Optimized cooling of microelectronic components by using the thermoacoustic effect ).
