I am you and you are me is an American television comedy from 1999.
Action
Sara and her husband, the Footballer Dan, just make it through a marriage crisis. Both underestimate the scope of each other and want more recognition. When Dan is the new quarterback of the Saints, the family has to move to New Orleans, where they henceforth inhabit a slightly dilapidated old mansion. In the attic the children Annette and Clark find old voodoo stuff that once belonged to the previous owner, Aunt Fanny. Of course they want to save the marriage of the parents, which is why they try out the magic stuff. However, contrary to the disappointment that they had not perhaps, Sara and Dan wake up the next morning in each case in the body of the other.
Criticism
" Fantasy tale which, although the role reversal presents within the usual range, but the story uses to question gender stereotypes in a fun way and to provide family structures in question. "
"Ex- star director Peter Bogdanovich ( " The Last Picture Show, "" What's Up, Doc? " ) Managed a brisk mix of Fantasyjux and family drama. Hearted fantasy fun with a serious undertone. "
