Ace

The Achinesische language (also Acehnesisch and Achehnesisch ) or Aceh language (including Aceh ) is a malayopolynesische language that is spoken by the people of Achinesen as their mother tongue in Aceh on Sumatra in Indonesia.

This language is also spoken in some parts of Malaysia from achinesischen descendants in Yan ( Kedah ).

Classification

Achinesisch belongs to the group of malayopolynesischen languages ​​within the language family of Austronesian languages.

The closest relatives of the Achinesischen are therefore Cham, the language group of the Malay languages ​​, Minangkabauisch, Gayo and the group of Batak languages.

Writing system

Originally Achinesische had no own writing. After Islamization and Arabization of Aceh was the Arabic script, the Jawoë or Jawi is called in Malay, is introduced. The font is now used primarily for religious purposes and experiences since the Islamic Rebirth increasingly used in contrast to the Latin alphabet, which was introduced by the Dutch colonists in the Dutch East Indies. Achinesisch today is also written with the Latin alphabet, with some additional letters: é, è, ë, ö and ô.

Dialects

There are at least 10 dialects in the achinesischen language. The dialects are Pase, Peusangan, Matang, Pidie, Bueng, Banda, Daya, Meulaboh, and Seunagan Tunong.

Among the 10 dialects are the most diverse in comparison to the other varieties dialects Bueng, Banda, and the Daya dialects, especially the Daya - variety. These languages ​​are considered, depending on the cultural belief as well as their own languages.
